Almost 2 years ago we started the development of loquimini interlingual chat, a system with the characteristics described here: https://loquimini.net

 We have recently added "indelli", a chatbot that provides answers in the user's language for local information, with the tourist or foreigner who is in a location where they do not know the language as a preferential user (but not only). .

What "Indelli" does is:

1 receives the question/request from the user, translates it into the local language, and in the local language searches for the result in its database or on the network.

2 Once the result is found, it translates it from the local language to the user's language and sends it back in text or audio format.

Indelli can receive any type of information request. It does not process texts, it does not process images, it does not do things of trivially recreational or worse misleading value, it limits itself to providing information, news and other things in a simplified but ethical manner.

Abbiamo poi recentemente inserito “indelli” un chatbot che fornisce risposte nella lingua dell’utente su informazioni locali, avendo preferenziale (ma non solo) come possibile utilizzatore il turista o lo straniero che si trova in una localita’ dove non conosce la lingua…..

In pratica quello che fa “Indelli” e’ :

1 riceve la domanda/richiesta dall’utente la traduce nella lingua locale, e nella lingua locale cerca il risultato nel proprio database o sulla rete.

2 Trovato il risultato lo traduce dalla lingua locale alla lingua dell’utente e glielo rende in risposta nel  formato testo o audio.

Indelli puo’ ricevere qualsiai tipo di richiesta di tipo informativo. Non elabora testi, non elabora immagini non fa cose di valore banalmente ludico o peggio fuorviante, si limita a fornire informazioni, notizie e altro in nodo facilitato ma etico.

Nel video  sotto in lingua cinese, e' stato chiesto notizie a riguardo le agevolazioni per acquisto prima casa....

 Loquimini can be used in particular for professional or institutional uses, when there are communication difficulties with foreign immigrants or tourists, the chat allows direct inter-language communication, both audio and text, Indelli on the other hand is a module that can be activated for the duration of 24 hours a day to the interlocutor of different language for his support.

Indelli also supports translations of personal text from own native language into the local language in audio format.

For example, I write a text in Urdu to ask a passer-by for information via audio.

Loquimini e' in particolare utilizzabile per usi professionali o Istituzionali, quando ci sono difficolta' comunicative con immigrati stranieri o turisti, la chat permette una comunicazione intyerlingua diretta, sia audio che testo, Indelli invece e' un modulo attivabile per la durata di 24H all'interlocutore di lingua diversa per suo supporto.

Indelli supporta anche traduzioni di testo personale da lingua propria  in lingua locale  in formato audio.

Ad esempio scrivo un testo in Urdu per chiedere ad un passante in audio una informazione.

La cosa piu' rilevante e' che sia Loquimini che Indelli sono "self hosted" a controllo assoluto dell'utilizzatore NESSUN SERVIZIO ESTERNO, Utilizzatori e  interlocutori interagiscono solo ed esclusivamente in forma anonima.
