il DMSO nel recupero di film ed etichette in base PP PE PET - The use of DMSO in the recovery of printed film and labels in PP PE PET

 

Another extremely efficient, quick and simple use of DMSO is in the removal of inks from films and printed labels. We have carried out various tests on different polymeric bases, in particular the classic PE PP PET, obtaining perfect cleaning in a few seconds in 95% of cases. In  post-process DMSO is then subjected to simple filtering. This application of the solvent does not require particular mechanical movement and also works in a static tank, with longer times. Obviously, light movement drastically reduces cleaning times. Consequently, the system costs, given by the extreme efficiency of the solvent and its peculiar safety characteristics, are very low, also due to the fact that the process takes place at room temperature (20/25 degrees celsius) or at most 38/40 degrees Celsius.

Un altro uso del DMSO estremamente efficente, rapido quanto semplice, e' nella rimozione degli inchiostri da film ed etichette stampate. Abbiamo effettuato vari test su diverse basi polimeriche, in particolare i classici PE PP PET ottenendo nel 95% dei casi in pochi secondi una pulizia perfetta. Il Dmso post processo viene poi sottoposto a semplice filtraggio. Questa applicazione del solvente non necessita di particolare movimentazione meccanica e agisce anche in vasca statica, con tempi piu' lunghi, ovviamente una leggera movimentazione riduce drasticamente i tempi di pulizia. Conseguentemente i costi di impianto, visto l'estrema efficienza del solvente e le sue peculiari caratteristiche di sicurezza, sono molto contenuti, anche per il fatto che il processo avviene a temperatura ambiente (20/25 gradi celsius) o al massimo a 38/40 gradi celsius.
